We have a number of athletes who are new to track. At practice, we divide our FTC athletes into different training groups by age and ability so athletes are training with those at their experience level.
We offer a free initial session where your athlete can train with us to get a better feel for our training approach and our program.
Yes, in addition to sprints and middle distance, we also offer training for in throwers, jumpers, and distance runners.

We generally recommend that FTC athletes train 3x/week, but it depends on their individual goals.

Our goal is to have all our athletes compete in meets. We work with each athlete to identify events that best match their interests and abilities.
Yes, we practice rain or shine, sleet or snow. Athletes are required to come to practice dressed appropriately for the weather.
Water and appropriate running shoes. Athletes who require an inhaler must also bring that to practice with them every day.
